She grew up in Des Moines, Iowa, spending several afternoons peeking at the next day’s news in her father’s cubicle at The Des Moines Register. Her early exposure to journalism led her to pursue a bachelor’s degree in environmental journalism from Western Washington University and study at the Columbia Publishing Course at Oxford. As an award-winning reporter with podcasting, book publishing, and editorial experience, Olivia joined the team at DIVEBOMB to merge her knack for words with her love of racing.
